Pickering Teams Up for Interactive Kiosk – 11/11/09 |
 Pickering Creative Group is pleased to announce it was part of a dynamic team of agencies that designed and developed an interactive kiosk and website for First Interstate Bank of Montana. First Interstate Bank is a multi-state, $6.7 billion banking organization that opened its doors in 1968 and now operates more than 73 branches in Montana, Wyoming, and South Dakota.
First Interstate Bank’s kiosk – known as “The Hub” – is a 65-inch flat screen located in the lobby of the bank’s new 115,00 sq. ft. Missoula Business Center. The Hub gives bank and business center patrons and other members of the community the inside scoop on everything that is happening in the area, including sports, events, attractions, and cultural activities. There is also information on local history, road trips, as well as bank and ATM locations. The Hub not only functions as a stand-alone interactive kiosk, but also is a website (www.FirstInterstateHub.com), which enables the compelling content to be accessible beyond a single location.
Pickering Creative Group partnered with Chisel Industries of Bozeman, MT and Nanonation of Lincoln, NE to deliver the highly entertaining, informative, and interactive experience. Specifically, Pickering’s role was to integrate the entire system into a content management system (CMS) to enable the client to easily edit and update all content. “It was a terrific experience to work with our partner agencies, and deliver something so unique and impactful for the client,” says Trent Wilcox, Web Technology Director at Pickering.
